The Slice team has a long history of creating delicious food. Some of us grew up in New York’s favorite pizzerias and bakeries. Others have helped shape fine restaurants all over the US. As a group of close family and friends with strong culinary ties, we wanted to create something special—together. So, we brought our dream to beautiful Upstate South Carolina. The Slice is the result.The Slice is a comfortable, relaxing place with great food and friendly people. When you walk through our doors, you’ll notice our easygoing, family atmosphere, the aroma of our famous New York pizza, and an unmistakable connection among our team and our guests. When you step into The Slice, you’re very likely to meet Mike, our fearless leader. Mike is a natural born storyteller with a big, friendly personality. Originally from Niagara Falls, NY, Mike spent the better part of his life in Coral Springs, FL before moving to the Upstate in 2021. He led and managed teams in the automotive industry before giving it all up to pursue his real passion: serving great food to great people.

How do you make a business go viral? Just ask Anthony, the founder of The Pasta Addict. What started as a hobby of making pasta from scratch and posting the videos on Instagram has turned into a full-blown labor of love. The Slice is pleased to serve Anthony’s creatively inspired – and cleverly named – pasta dishes alongside its much-loved pies.
